Introduction
Organizational culture is an Important
system of common norms and attitudes that works as a homogenizing factor for an
organization’s employees and gets appropriated by them.
In simple terms, organizational culture
is a system of shared assumptions, values, beliefs, and norms that control how
an organization’s employees behave in the organization.
This culture state a lot about an organization’s procedure and the activities it entertains. It has its basis in the unwritten and written rules of an organization. Over time, employees connect with each other and start to identify themselves with this system while also driving the culture forward and do necessary changes as and when needed. And thus, existing culture can decide if an organization is worth working for, and therefore, the right culture draws new employees

the employees, very often from different backgrounds, connect better among
themselves and build awareness when undertaking several tasks. A culture also
improves an employee’s loyalty towards the organization on an individual level,
and the person feels to and wants to work harder. The importance of
organizational culture can be felt when its ability to lead and motivate the
employees helps the organization climb new heights

customers. organizational culture has a key role in creating and preserving the
brand identity of the organization for the employees and also for the
outsiders.
Types Of Organization Culture
According to Robert E. Quinn and Kim S.
Cameron, professors at the University of Michigan in the United States, there
are basically four types of organizational culture: Clan, Adhocracy, Market,

are specific from one organization to another but in order to help you define

Conclusion
Organizational cultures are never made
overnight. It requires efforts from the employees as individuals and as a group
to help create a culture. Also, cultures
keep evolving as the organization meets new employees but have their basis in
the written and the unwritten rules of the organization, what becomes important
is to keep a check on the culture the company has adopted by continually
analyzing its good and bad effects. A weak or bad organizational culture tends
to make an organization seem artful
