Moreover, the organization has to be able to develop a culture of learning, innovation, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders, and at the same time empower and motivate individual employees.

  1. Agreed. However, having a solid structure in place with the right people in the right roles is still not enough to consistently achieve organizational success. The final piece of the puzzle is behavior. How those people interact with each other and perform in their individual roles will inform how the organization performs overall.
    Organizational Culture, positive mind set, confidence towards the organization also matters.
