INTRODUCTION
Any organization's success relies heavily on its employees. Employee performance may be a valuable resource for the organization and the objective is to use people as effectively as other assets, reducing risk and increasing return on investment.
To be effective in a rapidly changing world requires powerful and adaptive HR that focuses on concrete results and developing sound and flexible strategies based on emerging opportunities and threats. Moreover, the organization has to be able to develop a culture of learning, innovation, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders, and at the same time empower and motivate individual employees.
Agreed. However, having a solid structure in place with the right people in the right roles is still not enough to consistently achieve organizational success. The final piece of the puzzle is behavior. How those people interact with each other and perform in their individual roles will inform how the organization performs overall.

DeleteYep. Human resources are the most important thing in the organization, so as you said earlier, "the organization has to be able to develop a culture of learning, innovation, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders, and at the same time empower and motivate individual employees."
