DeleteGreat article, This is the most essential aspect for the HR as an asset. However in many organizations this is not happening as intended, main reason is the time concerns and data gathering. Top management assign tasks to the HR to accomplish during a given period of time but HR doesn't have sufficient time period to find the real training needs of each individuals and no proper facility of data gathering system. So what happens commonly is HR set schedules to accomplish their tasks which is a waste. So HR should set a proper data gathering system and assessments to find real needs of employees and then launch training and development plans.
